As a current preceptor at Western University, Gohar Abrahamyan, PA-C shares her knowledge and expertise with her rotating PA students. Here's a peak at some things her student of December was able to practice.
NEUROSURGERY
Gohar's journey in Neurosurgery began in 2004 at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. She started with pediatric Neurosurgery and a few years after switched to adults. She worked in an inpatient and outpatient settings, always first assisting in all neurosurgical cases in the operating room as well. She was an integral part of the Hunt foundation participating in several medical missions and humanitarian work. Today Gohar still actively practices Neurosurgery and takes trauma calls. She has no intentions of stopping Neurosurgery any time soon.
